Artilan Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Welcome to Artilan, a mobile application owned and operated by Pixel Lab LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artilan application and related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Artilan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & Billing
Artilan offers the following subscription plans:
Essential (Free Tier): Limited access.
Investor ($9/month): Full access to premium features, with a 3 day free trial.
Enterprise (Custom): Contact-based onboarding with advanced features.
All billing for paid plans is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to their terms. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through those platforms. Pixel Lab LLC does not handle refunds; all refund requests should be directed to the respective store.
4. License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.Use automated systems to scrape or access data.Impersonate any person or entity.Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
5. User Content
You may upload or enter content such as notes, stock watchlists, and labels. You retain all rights to your content. However, by using the Service, you grant Pixel Lab LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.
6. Data & Insights
Artilan aggregates and surfaces stock-related information from public sources and third-party providers, including:Analyst rating changesAI-generated earnings summariesInsider and public figure trading activityCatalyst and event updatesEarnings predictions (e.g., Zacks ESP)This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. This includes details on:Data we collect (account info, preferences, device data)How we use it (analytics, personalization, service delivery)Who we share it with (only trusted processors, never sold)Please review the full Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.Upon termination:Your access to the Service is revoked.Your data may be deleted or anonymized.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pixel Lab LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:Accuracy or reliability of financial dataSuitability for a particular purposeAvailability of the platformWe do not guarantee results or investment outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixel Lab LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:Your use of the ServiceYour violation of these TermsYour violation of any rights of a third party
12. App Store Terms
If you download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms of service. Pixel Lab LLC is not responsible for third-party billing issues, refunds, or subscription conflicts managed by those platforms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for qualifying small claims.
